This role requires a knowledgeable and resourceful team player who will support the day-to-day LatAm Payroll transactions and work cross-functionally across the organization.This position is responsible for managing the End-to-End LatAm Payroll process, ensuring data integrity, fostering strong relationships with employees, vendors, and internal teams, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, has a strong background in LatAm payroll, excellent (Spanish) communication skills, and a desire to be part of a global insurtech company committed to protecting customers worldwide.What will your day look like? • Serve as a primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and resolutions. Foster positive relationships.
• Review, process, and reconcile payroll outputs, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records, verify approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, including automation and workflow streamlining, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Reconcile payroll transactions and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including audits.
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors.To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
  • A diploma in accounting, finance, or payroll is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive global payroll experience.
  • Experience with various payroll solutions is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite.
  • Deep understanding of global payroll principles, general accounting practices, and financial controls.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage vendor and internal relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish is essential.
