• Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers (think CEOs, CFOs, and business owners).
• Collaborating with our internal teams to tailor services that meet each client's unique needs.
• Developing strategic plans to hit revenue targets.
• Representing Pacific Crest Group at networking events, conferences, and meetings-yes, you'll get to leave your desk sometimes!
• Keeping an eye on market trends and competitors so we're always one step ahead.What You Bring to the Table:
• 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (bonus points if it's in professional services like accounting, finance, or HR).
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building trust with clients.
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and smashing targets, leading complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
• The ability to turn business jargon into clear, compelling conversations.
• Experience leveraging CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).What's In It For You:
