Job Description:
Our manufacturing client in Santa Cruz, CA is immediately hiring
for a full-time permanent Casting Supervisor to join their growing
business! - MUST HAVE: - - 5+ years of metal casting experience - -
Strong understanding of metals; melting points, mixing ratios, etc.
NICE TO HAVE: - - Lead, supervisory or management experience - -
Small & complex parts highly preferred - DAY TO DAY: - The Casting
Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight, mentorship, and
training for 2 direct reports and about 23 indirect reports. The 2
DRs are 2 leads; one over the casting department and the other over
all other production operations.
