We offer a home for people who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo, to think differently, and to find the best solutions to complex problems. - We're much more than a company to work for; we're a well-respected brand, we're manufacturers of exceptional products, and we're a family. -WHAT DOES YOUR JOB LOOK LIKEThis role is responsible for providing the business people-centric guidance, consultation and support on all stages of the employee lifecycle. - This position assists employees and managers with Employee Relations, Succession Management, Organizational Design, Learning & Development, Performance Management and Employee Engagement. -This role works as a conduit between the business and Centers of Excellence in Talent Acquisition and the People Operations Team on matters ranging from Compliance, Payroll and Benefits to Compensation practices and promotional requests. -The People Business Partner proactively communicates, identifies, recommends and implements realistic and appropriate solutions to business challenges involving people and talent processes. - This position works closely with management to achieve company, department and individual performance goals by supporting a culture of high performance.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (required)
  • 5 years of experience in HR Management or HR Business Partner capacity
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences
  • Strong decision-making ability and consistently demonstrates sound judgment
  • Ability to position self as credible professional and influence without authority
  • Consistently meet deadlines, manage projects and initiatives to completion
  • Prioritizes effectively and balances both tactical/transactional and high impact activities
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and local laws, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, LOA and Wage & Hour
  • Ability to manage conflict, deliver constructive feedback while maintaining calm & collected demeanor
  • Maintain as well as model the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Partners collaboratively and places a premium on team success over individual accomplishments
  • Understands organizational goals and aligns HR initiatives to enable high performanceLANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English.
