Our amazing people are on a mission to make a difference in the world and every single day we use our skills and experiences to create, design and build solutions to some of the worlds' hardest engineering problems.The Santa Cruz facility provides ordnance items for both the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program and the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program.Summary of Key Duties for this position:-Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.- Implement process improvement and technology insertion to improve the build process through Producibility and Cost Reduction initiatives.- Support of Production technicians and supervisors looking for opportunities to improve the build processes, eliminate repetitive defects and drive out unnecessary cost.*This position is eligible for an annual incentive payout upon delivery of specific milestones. New hires will receive a prorated amount of the bonus incentive based on their hire date. Bonus incentive period will be in effect from 2022-2025. Incentive plan is subject to specific plan details and may be changed or updated as approved by leadership. This position is anticipated to remain in our Santa Cruz, CA facility until Q3, 2024. At that point in time the work will be moved to other facilities across the country. We are committed to the work that needs to be done in Santa Cruz in between now and then.
