Front St. Inc. is hiring for a facility Administrator to manage our 40 bed dual licensed adult residential facility (ARF) / residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) in Ben Lomond, California. The ideal candidate must have strong managerial skills as demonstrated by experience, be detail oriented, highly organized and capable of addressing the diverse needs of this residential care program. This is a full-time position eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401k benefits offerings.Responsibilities:- Management of staff, their training, client care and ensuring the facilities exemplary compliance with Title 22 regulations of the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing and other regulatory agencies.- Strong communication and computer skills.-Provides and ensures the provision of quality services to the consumers with appropriate regard for the consumers' physical and mental health well-being and needs.- Oversee medication management.- Maintain accurate financial data.Please apply only if you have strong management experience, can work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and are looking for a great opportunity for advancement within our growing agency.Job Requirements:Qualifications- High School diploma, 5 or more years experience providing consumer care to dependent populations and a minimum of 4 years managing staff.- Must be detail oriented, have strong management skills, budgeting and facility experience.- Must be able to pass the ARF and RCFE Administrator Certification and Direct Service Provider testing requirements.- Must have and maintain a good driving record.- Employment at Community Care License facilities requires that applicants submit to and pass DoJ and FBI background clearances.- Clinician (MSW, LMFT or LCSW) preferred but not required.Please apply through our website by clicking the Employment link @ www.frontst.com.
