Poly’s Legal Department is seeking a Sr. Director, Associate
General Counsel - Compliance and Litigation Attorney. In this role
you will beresponsible for supporting global legal initiatives for
the Poly Legal team in a broad range of matters involving
compliance and litigation management, as well as special projects
to be assigned by the Chief Legal Officer. This position will
be located in San Jose and/or Santa Cruz, California.

Strong ability to use technology, specific strong expertise in
