Job Description:

to enhance operational effectiveness across our bus, rail, and
paratransit services. This pivotal role demands a dynamic leader
capable of optimizing complex logistics and maintaining superior
standards in compliance and safety. The successful candidate will
collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives
and ensure seamless service delivery that aligns with our mission
of transforming urban mobility. Oversee daily operations of
transportation services to ensure efficiency and safety. Implement
strategic planning and execution to enhance service quality and
operational stability. Manage senior staff, providing leadership,
professional development, and performance evaluation. Collaborate
with governmental agencies and stakeholders to ensure regulatory
compliance and to secure funding. Oversee budgeting, financial
planning, and cost management to achieve fiscal objectives. Enhance
customer satisfaction through innovative service delivery
improvements. Lead crisis management efforts during service
disruptions or emergencies. Strong leadership and organizational
skills Proficient in budget management and strategic planning
Expertise in regulatory compliance and transportation safety
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
