Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical
experience. 12 years of experience in managing full system
implementation life-cycles (e.g., analyze, design, build, test,
deployment, implement, support) 10 years of experience with supply
chain solutions in planning and fulfillment areas, with a focus on
enterprise system implementations (e.g., Enterprise Resource
Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Custom Platforms).
Preferred qualifications: Experience in supply chain planning
solutions leveraging Kinaxis Rapid Response. Experience
implementing full-cycle supply chain planning solutions. Experience
leading solution architecture and systems integrations. Knowledge
of supply chain planning processes and planning models. Excellent

applications and influence the design of features that improve the
reliability of our applications and systems. You also define the
scope of technical projects and oversee execution. As a Senior
Business Systems Analyst, you will lead the future of supply chain
planning transformation by owning the strategy, roadmap, and
execution for our comprehensive and innovative supply chain systems
portfolio. You will drive the goal for how we build, secure, and
manage modern supply chain applications, encompassing our
industry-leading enterprise resource planning, supply planning, and
fulfillment offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for
defining a systems strategy that empowers organizational scaling
through advanced planning solutions. You will foster a culture of
innovation, leveraging customer insights and market trends to
deliver solutions that address both current needs and future
frontiers, including the unique demands of AI/ML and the emerging
landscape of autonomous supply chain systems. Behind everything our

full-time position is $237,000-$329,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Partner with internal supply chain business teams
and external supply chain partners (Suppliers, Contract
Manufacturers and Third-party labs) in architecting and leading the
supply chain planning solutions(Kinaxis) and drive planning process
improvements that scales for technical infrastructure supply chain.
Architect innovative solutions leveraging Kinaxis Rapid Response to
automate and scale business systems. Provides direction for
architecture, design, build, and support activities required for
enterprise software platforms and drive for excellence,
performance, and security. Define best practices for Kinaxis Rapid
Response solution design, solution development, systems
configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification
and resolution. Develop, build, and deploy applications using
various platforms and technologies tied to supply chain planning
software. Work closely with developers to translate business
requirements into technical solutions. Work with cross-functional
stakeholders to gather requirements, manage implementation, and
drive delivery of projects.
