executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, and
managing the search process. 8 years of experience in hiring
executives (e.g. VP talent). 5 years of experience in the
technology sector, in a corporate or executive search firm
environment. Preferred qualifications: Experience recruiting
executive level Engineering talent from top industry players.
Experience running executive searches full life-cycle as well as
with leverage from a Research partner. Experience collaborating
with hiring partners to deliver processes and hiring outcomes.

full-time position is $165,000-$239,000 bonus equity benefits. Our

Responsibilities Partner with leadership to define and acquire the
technical talent and organizational leaders required to drive
Google’s long-term business strategy. Execute proactive search
strategies by leveraging research teams, networks and other search
resources to identify, engage, and recruit technical
executive-level applicants. Lead the end-to-end search process,
providing consistent communication and exceptional client service
to internal business partners throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Conduct applicant assessments, developing an understanding of
leadership styles, professional backgrounds, and specific
organizational alignment for each role. Serve as a domain talent
expert, offering strategic insights and valuable talent market
assessments based on the knowledge of the engaged landscape.
