Onsite HR Manager
Santa Cruz, California

Our manufacturing client is looking for an Onsite HR Manager to join their growing team.
Onsite HR Manager Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Partners with HR Director & GM to execute the Company's Human Resource & talent management strategies, assesses current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  
• Performs Benefits Administration and Performance Management functions.
  
• Maintains compensation and wage structure, classifying positions in accordance with FLSA guidelines, drafts and maintains job description library.
  
• Oversees employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations in collaboration with the department head, HR Director & GM/Founder.
  
• Reviews, tracks, and documents employee training
  
• Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees.
  
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
  
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  
  Onsite HR Manager Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    
  • 5 years of HR experience
    
  • 3 years of employee relations
    
    Onsite HR Manager Benefits:

    • An annual salary of $90-120k
      
    • M-F Day shift 7:30 - 3:30
