My client is a Santa Cruz County family run retail store committed to supporting other local merchants, the community, and its customers. - -They are looking for an Office Manager with some Human Resources experience -to join their team and support about 50 employees. - This position will focus on HR areas such as orientation, benefits administration, leave administration. - They are creating programs around employee satisfacation and this position will be key in making sure employees like coming to work. -You will own:

Human Resources - orientation, benefits, recruiting, employee engagementGeneral office support - helping the Operations Manager and owner with day to day activities -What you bring to the organization:
