Coast is seeking an experienced Hematology & Oncology Nurse
Practitioner to join a collaborative, patient-centered cancer care
program serving a diverse community. Located adjacent to a major
medical center and outpatient infusion center, this role offers an
exceptional balance of clinical variety, team support, and
lifestyle. Why this stands out $184,530 – $205,234 base salary
productivity 4-day workweek No call Balanced mix of: Outpatient
clinic Inpatient rounding Outpatient infusion center coverage
Collaborative team environment: 4 Hematology & Oncology physicians
4 experienced APPs Average ~10 patients per day in clinic What
you’ll do Provide comprehensive Hematology & Oncology care across
outpatient, inpatient, and infusion settings Manage follow-up
visits, treatment monitoring, and care coordination Collaborate
closely with physicians, APPs, nursing, and infusion staff Support
high-quality, patient-centered oncology care in a multidisciplinary
environment What we’re looking for Nurse Practitioner Minimum of 2
years experience required in specialty care No new graduates Strong
clinical judgment and comfort managing oncology patients
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Passion
for delivering compassionate, high-quality cancer care Live Where
