ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A school district in San
Jose, CA is seeking five Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
(SLPAs) for the 2026-2027 school year, from August 4, 2026, through
June 4, 2027. This contract position offers opportunities for both
full-time and part-time candidates, providing flexibility to suit
your availability. Responsibilities: - Assist certified
Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering speech and language
therapy services to students. - Implement therapy plans under the
supervision of licensed professionals. - Monitor student progress
and document therapy sessions. - Collaborate with educators and
staff to support student communication needs. Qualifications: -
Valid SLPA certification or equivalent experience in a school
setting. - Experience working with pediatric populations in
educational environments. - Strong communication and organizational
skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: - San Jose, CA (Santa Clara school district area).
Schedule: - Full-time positions available up to 35 hours per week.

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.68 to $48.68.
