Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: San Francisco, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,884 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Stroke Coordinator Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Stroke Coordination Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 2 years License: CA License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Specific charting system experience required (Epic preferred) - Background check policy acknowledgment - 7-year work history verification Description: We are seeking a Stroke Coordinator to assist with survey readiness. The ideal candidate will have a valid CA nursing license and BLS certification. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required. This position involves working day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no floating, on-call, or weekend requirements. Candidates should be prepared to go for lab work within 3-5 days of signing. Please note that travelers may float to other locations if census is low on their home unit. This role entails working with adult patients and may involve managing stroke patient care and coordination. Candidates should be prepared to provide accurate work history information for the last 7 years. All certifications must be current and in hand at the time of application.
