Job Description Job Description Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to conduct Annual Wellness Visits with a head-to-toe physical exam for Medicare and Medicaid members in Merced County. This is a full-time opportunity, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. The provider will work on-site at the clinic, performing an average of 8-10 scheduled exams per day. No on-call, nights, weekends, or walk-ins. Providers performing HRAs are not required to treat or prescribe. Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities Perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments. Review medical history and ensure accurate and timely documentation. Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety and compliance. Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures.
