You’ll Make an Impact Lead, mentor, and grow a team of clinical
staff, including BCBAs and supervisors-in-training. Provide BCBA
supervision, case consultation, and support program development.
Ensure high-quality, individualized ABA services for every client
with minimal cancellations. Collaborate with leadership to drive
clinic growth, streamline operations, and meet key metrics. Foster
a supportive, positive culture where team members feel valued and
empowered. Uphold compliance, HIPAA standards, and ethical
practices, serving as a model for your team. Who We’re Excited to
Meet Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related
field (Bachelor’s required) 5 years of clinical experience ,
delivering ABA services to diverse clients 2 years of supervision
experience , including staff training, mentorship, and performance
evaluation Strong leadership, communication, and organizational
skills Passion for building a team culture where people feel
supported, inspired, and at home Experience with business
management or P&L oversight is a plus Bilingual skills (if
