Job Description:
MindPath Care Centers, a key part of Community Psychiatry,
invites applications for the position of Outpatient Psychiatrist or
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with an option
to specialize in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). This role
is pivotal in providing tailored mental health care, aligning with
our commitment to high-quality, personalized therapy and medication
management. Our inclusive approach integrates the latest in mental

diverse patient populations. This position offers a blend of
traditional psychiatric methods alongside innovative TMS therapy,
providing candidates a unique opportunity to grow and evolve within
their professional discipline. Conduct comprehensive patient
assessments to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Develop
individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a
multidisciplinary team. Administer and manage medication; monitor
outcomes and adjust as necessary. Provide TMS therapy, if opted,
and contribute to the development and leadership of TMS services.
Participate in continuous education to stay abreast of innovations
in psychiatric treatments. Maintain detailed patient records and
ensure confidentiality and compliance with the latest health care
regulations. Expert knowledge of psychiatric conditions and
treatment methodologies. Proficiency in technology-based therapy
tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, essential for patient care
and team collaboration. Leadership skills for driving initiatives
and mentoring staff. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified in Psychiatry or
board eligible. Valid state medical license. Certification as a
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Training or
certification in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is
preferred but not required.
