Job Description:

Sports Physical Therapy (SPT) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of experts in delivering top-tier rehabilitative and performance enhancement services. Our physical therapists are pivotal in helping athletes recover from injuries and achieve their full potential. At SPT, you will leverage cutting-edge techniques and equipment to develop customized therapy plans that support patient goals and drive their athletic performance forward. Evaluate and assess athlete injuries and conditions through physical examination and diagnostic tests. Develop tailored treatment plans that address specific recovery and performance goals. Implement therapeutic interventions such as exercise, manual therapy, and education on injury prevention. Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to coordinate treatment and promote optimal recovery. Document patient care and progress, updating treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on injuries, therapy procedures, and techniques to aid in recovery and prevent future injuries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new physical therapy techniques and practices through continuous education. Expertise in sports injury treatment and prevention Strong diagnostic skills Proficiency in creating and implementing detailed therapeutic exercise programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and documentation skills Knowledge of physical therapy software and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Board Certification in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS) is preferred but not required.
