Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Novato, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,667 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Valid State License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Charge experience preferred - Experience with Electronic Intensive Care Unit preferred - Experience with Epic charting system required Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. They must possess a valid state nursing license and relevant certifications. Certifications required include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in managing critically ill patients. The nurse will be responsible for assisting with procedures, monitoring patients, and administering medications. Experience with electronic health records, particularly Epic, is necessary. Floating to other units may be required based on staffing needs. Nurses will work a schedule that includes every other weekend and requires no on-call duty. Patient ratios are 2:1 during shifts.
