Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to
support students across multiple sites in Sonoma and Marin
counties, California. This contract position is set in a K-12
school environment, focusing on providing critical case management
and direct speech therapy services to students ranging from
Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade. The position offers a
caseload of approximately 24-28 students and provides a meaningful
opportunity to make a difference in diverse educational settings.
Key responsibilities include: Delivering individualized speech and
language therapy services as outlined in students' Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs) Conducting comprehensive assessments and
evaluations for speech and language needs Managing case files and
ensuring compliance with regulatory and educational standards
Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to
support student progress and outcomes Providing consultation and
recommendations to support student communication skills in academic
and social contexts Desired qualifications and experience:
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language
Pathology Experience working in K-12 school settings Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) completion preferred Background in pediatrics
and healthcare, with an understanding of educational and
therapeutic interventions Strong organizational and communication
skills to support effective case management Work will be conducted
across multiple sites within Sonoma and Marin counties, enhancing
the ability to serve a broader community of students. This role
