Practice Overview - You'll join a team of 5 family medicine physicians, 2 internists, 5 NPs, 3 pediatricians, and 6 OB/GYNs - Outpatient-only with full-spectrum family medicine (pediatrics through geriatrics) - Pediatric call rotation only, 6 shifts per month; light volumes with rare overnight needs - Supportive team structure with 2-3 patients per hour, assisted by bilingual medical assistants Schedule - Choice of four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days per week - Clinic open Monday-Saturday (no Saturday obligation) - Daily patient volume averages 18-22 - Pediatric call is a 24-hour home call with hospital access within 60 minutes Compensation & Benefits - Guaranteed salary of $280,000-$325,000 depending on experience with a 2-3 year contract - $10,000 relocation assistance; $3,000 CME allowance - 25 days of PTO full health, dental, and vision benefits - Malpractice with tail, 403(b), loan forgiveness eligibility (PSLF and CA SLRP) Candidate Requirements - Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine - Experience with full-spectrum outpatient care preferred - Spanish fluency preferred but not required (bilingual support staff available) - Seeking candidates committed to a long-term role (10-15 years) Community & Location Highlights - Located in King City, CA, an affordable region on the scenic Central Coast - Within driving distance to Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Fresno, and San Francisco - Mild climate, close-knit community, and easy access to beaches, hiking, and wine country - Recognized for quality care, community benefit, and hospital excellence Inquire now to see how this position can help you build the career and balance you deserve.
