Float Pool - Full Time - Nights The Registered Nurse position
within our Regional Float Pool entails delivering nursing care
across various hospital units and facilities. This role requires
proficiency in adult and geriatric patient care, along with the
flexibility to adapt to different clinical environments. Candidates
must hold a valid RN license, possess recent bedside experience,
and have certifications such as BLS. A BSN degree is preferred, and
the role primarily involves night shifts. We offer a comprehensive

knowledge to make informed decisions in practice, assessing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating personalized nursing care in
line with established standards for adult and geriatric patients.
The selected candidate will be required to report to facilities
within the designated regional area of their home hospital.
Specific facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval
from the leadership team. Position Details: Department: Regional

Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required Base Pay: Based on Experience

MO Qualifications: Required Education: Graduate of an accredited
registered nursing program. Preferred Education: BSN Licensure:
Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of
employment and meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Required Experience: At least one year of recent bedside RN
experience for Med/Surg roles. For other specialties (ED, ICU,
etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is
required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic
Certifications (Required to Start): For Med/Surg - BLS For Women's
Health - BLS & NRP For Critical Care - BLS, ACLS For Emergency
Department - BLS, ACLS, & PALS Physical Requirements: Must be able
to stand and walk for most of the shift; significant bending,
stooping, and the ability to lift and turn patients with
assistance; capable of pushing, pulling, and gripping up to 50
