Job Description A well-established, 50-year-old Federally Qualified Community Health Center with 3 clinics in Santa Cruz, California, is searching for family medicine physicians. This need is due to community growth and demand. About the Opportunity - Clinics are open Monday – Thursday, 8A to 8P; 8A to 5P on Friday - See patients of all ages. Average 18 patients per day - Flexible schedule - 32-patient contact hours per week with 8 hours of administration time - EPIC EHR - Spanish-speaking a plus - Opportunity to teach family medicine residents in the clinic - Integrated care team model with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers Financial Package - Compensation ranges from $183K to $281K depending upon training and experience level - Comprehensive benefits - Federal loan repayment is available About Santa Cruz, CA County Santa Cruz County is not only a place, it’s a lifestyle.
