Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican , is seeking a board-certified Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz, CA. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and residents Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board certification in endocrinology. Valid medical license to practice in California. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
