Job Description Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner –
Outpatient Primary Care | Los Banos, CA A well-established medical
group in Los Banos, California is seeking a full-time Physician
Assistant (PA-C) to join its outpatient primary care team. This
position offers a steady weekday schedule, a manageable patient
volume, and a full range of services focused on prevention, chronic
care, and acute treatment for patients of all ages. Bilingual
(English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred to support the
needs of the community. Position Overview – Location: Los Banos, CA
– Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Patient Volume:
18–22 patients/day – Services include: – Physicals and annual exams
– Immunizations and health screenings – Chronic disease management
– Acute care (injuries and infections) – Health education and
nutrition counseling – Sick visits and follow-ups Compensation &
Benefits – Salary: $140,000–$145,000 annually – 15 vacation days
per year (increases to 4 weeks after 3 years) – Paid sick leave and
holidays – CME: 5 days up to $2,100/year for expenses – State
license, DEA, and one professional membership covered – Full
medical, dental, and vision coverage (with family options) – Life
and long-term disability insurance – 403(b) retirement plan with
100% employer match up to 5% – Productivity bonus: $10 per
