This position requires you to work onsite in Santa CruzThe Administrator manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Program, which involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. Additionally, the Administrator collaborates with all corporate departments and outside consultants and representatives of the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.Full Time; DAYS 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - FridayExpected starting wage range is $156,572.96 - $196,421.22. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Social Services or Public Health Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting. Must have inpatient psych experience in a locked setting (not corrections or memory care) Two (2) years of responsibility of supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing Must understand community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the Recovery Philosophy Valid and current drivers license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
