Neurosurgery at Dominican is also offered through a partnership with Stanford Health Care. Responsibilities
Position Summary: The Surgical Technician I is responsible for supporting Registered Nurses and Surgeons in the Operating Room. They handle sterile instruments during surgical procedures. They monitor their sterile field and are responsible for the care and maintenance of surgical instruments, supplies and equipment. Working as part of the OR team is essential. Responsible for picking cases and room turn-over after procedures. Qualifications
Minimum:

  • Either two (2) years of ORT experience or completion of an accredited ORT program.
  • Current BLS certification
  • CT ORT
  • Graduate from an approved program for OR Technicians or equivalent.
    Pay Range
    $40.50 - $45.58 /hour
