• General, ortho, urology, neuro spine, OB/GYN, thoracic, vascular, healthy peds, robotics, plastics
• Roughly 20 cases per week including mix of endo and OR
• Peripheral nerve blocks, spinal, thoracic and lumbar epidurals, labor epidurals, & occasional lines
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
