Continually works toward achieving patient satisfaction, productivity, financial and operational objectives. The Charge Nurse coordinates unit responsibilities, and supervises and assigns duties to unit staff. Reports directly to the Department Director.**Position Summary:**Under the direction of the Department Manager, provides leadership and supervision to Neonatal Intensive Care staff, in accordance with professional standards and Dominican Hospitals, policies and procedures.
