cutting edge cardiac care. The hospitals heart attack treatment
times consistently beat the national average and the hospital
offers two cardiac catheterization labs available 24 hours a day 7
days a week. Groundbreaking cardiac procedures at Dominican include
the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) procedure which
allows for heart valve replacement without opening a patients
chest.Dominican Hospital has forged significant partnerships with
area hospitals to bring exceptional care to Santa Cruz County. The
hospital offers a level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

partnership with Stanford Health Care.ResponsibilitiesPosition
Summary:Executes the strategic plan for a specific program or group
of programs and manages the implementation of key clinical
information systems to insure desired goals and objectives are
met.Accountable for managing the structures and processes required
for successful adoption of new workflows within a specific area of
focus. Collaborates with professional education organizes
educational training programs to insure the proficiency within
clinical service areas or program applications are utilized for
maximum efficiency and users are informed of new updates and
revisions.Coordinates the collection and reporting of metrics
defining benefits realization associated with the clinical
information systems within a focused area or role. Responsible for
the achievement of desired outcomes within a program of work and to
develop recommendations for improvement if necessary.Provides
expertise as a change agent and project management expert for new
innovation. Uses change management strategies throughout the
planning and implementation process to ensure success. Provides
leadership to managers and directors during the introduction of new
technology by the effective execution of the project plan and
achievement of the desired goals. Responsible for communication of
project deliverables and timelines within a region within a
