  • Handles sales to achieve the company and regional targets and action plans.
  • Foster relationships and provide training support to outside sales distributors & sales representative in an effort to achieve internal sales goals.
  • Visit installer, dealer, end users in the water well, plumbing, mechanical HVAC, water treatment, irrigation, swimming pool and rainwater harvesting channels to drive more demand of the products in the Texas market.
  • Assures the correct implementation of company pricing policy in the market
  • Provide short and long-term sales forecasts and products mix to meet company targets
  • Attends and coordinates local and national tradeshows and distributor/ end user trainings
  • Input in CRM information about prospects, customers, offers, written reports on market and competitorsProfile
    • Strong level of negotiation skills
    • Proven ability to drive sales plan to close
    • Must be well organized and a self-starter
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency with MS office
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales; preferred experience in B2B Sales
    • Experience with pumps, ground water drilling, water treatment, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, irrigation, rainwater, construction trades preferred.Job Offer
      • $85k-$95k base salary + commission and bonus
