Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity involves
providing specialized support to a student with severe needs in a
K-12 educational setting located in Vacaville, CA. The role is a
contract position for the current school year, working onsite and
requiring immediate availability. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
one-on-one behavioral support tailored to the needs of a student
with severe challenges. Collaborate within a general education
classroom environment to implement individualized strategies.
Maintain detailed daily reports documenting progress, behaviors,
and interventions. Work closely with educators and support staff to
foster positive student outcomes. Desired Qualifications and
Experience: Experience as a Behavior Specialist or Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) in school settings. Strong understanding
of behavioral interventions and ability to implement strategies
effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain accurate
records. Comfort working directly with students with severe
behavioral and developmental needs. Flexibility and reliability to
meet the demands of a school-based role. Location: Vacaville,
California Hours: 35 hours per week Start Date: ASAP (Immediate
