What we are looking for: 1-3 years of experience in water restoration, construction, or in the janitorial industry preferred but not required Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs with assistance up and down multiple flights of stairs (some buildings may not have elevators) One week per month of additional after-hours availability and overtime Able to work alone or in a group and communicate effectively Must be 18 years old Access to reliable transportation is required to get to and from our offices Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Ability to pass physical and able to wear half or full-face respirator masks Ability to work at heights (ladder/scaffold) Valid California Driver's License We have many success stories of employees that began as technicians and are now in management positions with us!
