Job Description:

Coordinator who not only ensures a seamless candidate experience
but brings operational excellence and a data-informed mindset to
everything they do.This is a hybrid role coming in to our San
Francisco office 3 days a week and reports to the Manager of Talent
Operations. You'll be a trusted partner to recruiters, candidates,
and hiring teams - ensuring efficiency, consistency, and
exceptional service every step of the way.Responsibilities:
- Manage the candidate interview lifecycle - including scheduling
phone, video, and onsite interviews - while resolving potential
scheduling conflicts and gaps
- Book travel and hotel accommodations for candidates, and manage
any candidate travel expense reports for reimbursement
- Ability to work in our downtown San Francisco office 3 days a
week
- Be a strategic partner to the TA team, Hiring Managers,
Interviewers and other teams
- Use the applicant tracking system and follow relevant
recruiting processes
- Analyze important scheduling and coordination metrics to
identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization
- Contribute to and own projects focused on improving recruiting
operations or workplace experience, such as building documentation,
optimizing interview processes, or implementing new tools/
vendors
- Handle administrative tasks related to workplace experience and
recruitment, such as onsite support, coordinating background
checks, immigration and reference check.
- Manage candidate onboarding process with HR Operations
- Help organize onsite San Francisco and Talent Acquisitions
related events
- Work with other members of the Workplace Experience and Talent
Acquisition team to support overall recruiting goals, consistency
in recruiting practices and adherence to company policies and
proceduresRequired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven work experience in a HR coordination or
equivalent role
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing company and work
through ambiguity
- Experience scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate
pipelines in Lever
- A passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and
candidate experiencePay:The United States new hire base per hour
target ranges for this position are:Zone A: $23.98/hour -
$31.18/hourZone B: $26.38/hour - $34.30/hourZone C: $28.78/hour -
$37.41/hourZone D: $31.18/hour - $40.53/hourThis range reflects the
minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates
based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on
