This role is an exemplar of our dedication to exceptional service standards, ensuring that every guest encounter mirrors the luxury and hospitality synonymous with the Marriott brand. Provide timely, personalized, and efficient food and beverage service to guests in their hotel rooms. Ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered, adhering to Marriott’s high quality standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including daily specials and promotion offers. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction. Coordinate with the culinary team to manage special guest requests, dietary needs, and allergies. Prepare and present itemized checks, process payments, and reconcile billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and guest corridors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and responsibly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Capability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent is necessary. TIPS certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
