Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills for our Project coordinator position. The ideal candidate should also have excellent data entry and analysis experience. This position requires a person with strategic thinking and analytical skills. Some who has the ability to work in a flexible, team environment would be a great fit for this company.

Responsibilities:

? Create a safe work environment and follow all established safety guidelines.

? Monitor and approve eligible product listings

? Help manage inspection processes connected to the Lighting and HVAC programs.

? Assist in the creation of invoice approval packets

? Pay invoices as directed by Program Managers

? Support Manager and team in compiling and delivering estimates, budget forecasts for projects, invoice monitoring and metrics reporting to clients.

? Employ department best practices for ongoing assignments.

? Demonstrates a healthy understanding of the core business: power generation, distribution, transmission, utility services, etc.

Qualifications:

? Must have excellent data entry and Analysis experience

? Hands on experience with Pivot Tables and MS Excel

? Strong interpersonal, teamwork and client service skills

? Work with minimal supervision

? Deal with aggressive deadlines and changing requirements

? Excellent organizational skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines

? Emotional intelligence and poise to work with executives

? Process Improvement Resourcefulness

? Written Communication

? Skilled in project management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting

? Proficient with project management and business software

? Desired Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
